These terms govern your use of pawmu.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who may order
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. Delivery addresses must be in United States.
2. Products, descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials and measurements. Colours shown on screen vary between displays and are not an exact match. Measurements are given to the nearest stated unit and small manufacturing variations are normal.
We do not make health, veterinary or medical claims about our products. Nothing sold here is a substitute for veterinary advice.
3. Availability
Stock levels shown on the site reflect our inventory at the time the page loads. Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will tell you and refund it in full.
4. Prices and errors
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, both of which are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it is confirmed. We will contact you before doing so.
5. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where payment cannot be taken, where the address cannot be delivered to, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, using the methods shown in the footer of the site. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are set out in our shipping policy and are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
8. Returns and refunds
Our returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Safe use of our products
Pet products need supervision. Inspect toys, collars, harnesses and leads regularly and stop using anything that is worn, frayed or damaged. Choose the size shown for your animal's measurements. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by use of a product in a way it was not intended for, by continued use of a damaged product, or by use without appropriate supervision.
10. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, graphics and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You may not use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to submit false or misleading information.
12. Third-party links
Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
13. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the courts of that state, and you and we both consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
